This country’s largest dedicated retirement village firms act on a pro bono basis for the Property Council on many industry matters. This equates to several million dollars in representation each year, which could not be brokered as a single entity.

No other organisation, association or corporation has the level of presence or network across Australia to lobby and promote the interests of operators, developers and managers of retirement villages.

Our level of engagement with all levels of government on specific retirement village matters is second to none.  Our staff and network of committees meet with both government and opposition ministers and senior staff in every jurisdiction in Australia.

In addition, we have regular scheduled meetings with each resident association in Australia to keep abreast of and respond to emerging consumer issues that can help inform your business.

This is important, as we are the only national organisation that is purely focused on retirement villages and dedicated to ensuring organisations have the freedom to operate in an increasingly consumer focused legislative and media environment.
