Retirement Living Member

Whether the village is a large corporate listed company, church and charitable/ not for profit or an independent operator, membership is available to all villages and operators.

Today it is as important as ever for retirement villages to stay connected to the industry that supports their growth and ensure they are kept informed of the latest news, issues and training in the industry.

Networking at the numerous Property Council event and development sessions is a key benefit of membership.  The topics and presentations at all conferences are catered specifically for village managers and staff. Topics range from how to prepare village budgets to accreditation to strategies on how to get more residents in your village.

State retirement living committees have also been created to advocate on local issues that have a direct impact on your organisation’s capacity to succeed, making submissions on proposed legislative changes and meeting directly with key decision makers at government level.
